Cancellations: A refund less a $40.00 administration fee is given for cancellations received in writing via email
info@sydneyschematherapy.com.au. A cancellation must be received no later than 7 days prior to your event date. The cancellation policy is final and not negotiable (you may be able to transfer your payment towards attendance at another event).

Transfer of Registrations: Your place is transferable to another person on notification to the above email. This is applicable to your total registration only and transfer of part of the event to another person is NOT possible. It may also be possible to transfer to another event if you wish to.  We understand that things happen and sometimes you may need to cancel with shorter notice.  We will always endeavour to assist you where possible. 

Cancellation of an event by the Sydney Centre for Schema Therapy: Should an unforeseen circumstance prevent the Event from running, you will be contacted by email and/or phone and a full refund will be issued in a timely fashion.

Please double check before booking flights or accommodation: If you are booking travel and accommodation to attend one of our training events, we strongly advise that you check with us before booking to ensure that the event will proceed.
The Sydney Centre for Schema therapy cannot accept any liability for cancellation of travel and accommodation costs.
